You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people leada valued and fulfilled life

The shift patterns include working between hours 7am and 9.30pm, weekends are on a rota basis. Permanent, full time.
**Where you will be working**
**Location**: 119-121 Heene Road, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 4NY
You will be providing support and care for people with learning disabilities within an environment where there is a strong emphasis on team work.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will support individuals with a learning disability who require a high level of support to live within a community setting and will continue to require this longer term. Service users may be transitioning fromchildren’s residential services, education, or moving out of the family home.
Your aim will be to encourage individuals to lead a full and valued life, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing meaningful social networks and developing robust coping strategies.
The ability to showstrong empathy, a caring and compassionate nature-Willing to support the resident with the personal hygiene-People skills, communication skills and a good sense of humour-Willingness to deal with the challenging behaviour-A positive& professional approach-Reliability, flexibility, hard work and honesty-Team working ethos aligned to our company values*You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time. 20-hour Student Visa's cannot be accepted.
