A reputable Consultancy is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their team as a EPM Support Specialist. As part of the technical support services, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving problems, troubleshooting and tuning specific Oracle software and operating systems. If you have a passion for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in Oracle EPM and related technologies, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
Investigate and resolve problems related to Oracle software, including Oracle EPM, HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, OBIEE, ODI, as well as Unix-based and MS Windows operating systems.
Offer best practices recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers’ software usage.

**Required Skills/Experience**:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support services and maintenance, preferably for medium/large customers.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical users.
Proficiency in Oracle EPM 11.1.1.x to 11.1.2.4, including Planning, Essbase, Financial Reporting, Calc Manager, EPMA, EAS, and Provider Services, whether on premise or on the cloud.
Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure, meet deadlines, and follow defined processes and indications.
Experience in managing escalated incidents with 3rd party vendors, specifically Oracle.
High proficiency in English or native speaker level.
Knowledge of Oracle EPMA, HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDMEE, Financial Reporting, ODI, ARM, Calc Manager, EPMA, EAS, and Provider Services.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:
Working knowledge of ETL processes, with experience in ODI.
Understanding of accounting or finance core concepts and terminologies.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and time tracking tools.
Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.

**Desired Skills/Experience**:
Software support skills in infrastructure, including EPM and operating systems.
Proficiency in programming languages and software development skills.
Database manipulation and query analysis using PL-SQL and T-SQL.
