HRS are working with an established developer & manufacturer of life changing pharmaceutical products. Based in Wiltshire, we are seeking to hire a LIMS Specialist to develop & implement a Labware LIMS system with a GxP Quality environment. This will be a criticalposition within he business and will facilitate the development & production of preventative & therapeutic pharmaceutical products that make a genuine benefit to patients at risk or / and suffering from life-threatening diseases.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
As the sole LIMS specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the Labware LIMS systems for the onsite laboratories. Key duties will include:
1. Development & Implementation of LIMS system functionality & reports.
2. Assist with the development of systems, policies & training to ensure effective operations of LIMS.
3. Provide technical support for issues relating to LIMS & other electronic systems (e.g. MasterControl)
4. Support & manage the installation of upgrades to electronic systems.
**Role requirements**:
1. Proven experience of LIMS configuration & Administration
2. Prior experience of working in a GxP or Biopharmaceutical environment would be advantageous.
3. Established knowledge of data security & confidentiality.
