**Position**: Support Worker - Care Leaving Service
**Location**: Warrington
**Salary**: £22,360 - £28,560
**Requirement**: Must hold a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Build Trusting Relationships**: Develop positive and supportive relationships with young individuals, fostering a sense of security and belonging.
**Independence Support**: Assist care leavers in developing essential life skills, from budgeting and cooking to accessing education and employment opportunities.
**Transportation**: Utilize your driving skills to facilitate appointments, outings, and activities, ensuring care leavers have access to essential services.

**Qualifications**:
Relevant experience in a care leaving or similar setting.
Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (desirable).

**Experience**:

- Children's Residential Care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- DBS Certificate on the Update Service (preferred)

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (preferred)
