The Assistant Director of People role will work as part of the leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the people strategy, ensuring the people team function operates and delivers efficiently in all disciplines and reviews and delivers on initiatives to improve our people offering and service overall.

**What we can offer you: £40885- £48657 Increasing in April 2023 to £55,000**
- Hybrid working with agreement of working in office as required.
- 25 days leave rising by 5 days after 5 years’ service.
