As a Bid Writer specialising in roads and highways tenders, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts. You will be responsible for creating persuasive, well-structured, and compliant bid proposals that align with our clients' requirements. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our success and be an integral part of our winning team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research identify, and evaluate bid opportunities in the roads and highways sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and estimators, to gather necessary information for bid submissions.
- Prepare, write, and edit bid documents, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and compliance with client specifications.
- Develop compelling value propositions and narratives that highlight our company's strengths and competitive advantages.
- Manage and prioritise multiple bids simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines.
- Maintain a repository of bid content and templates for efficient and consistent proposal development.
- Participate in bid strategy meetings and contribute to the development of winning strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, road construction techniques, and highway infrastructure projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
