We’re hiring The Dash Charityis recruiting for a new role, supporting people experiencing domestic abuse within the many diverse communities that exist across Slough. The Diverse Communities IDVA will support a caseload of clients with a specific focus on diversity (race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio
- economic status, age, physical abilities, and religious beliefs), seeking to understand the needs of groups who may face additional barriers to disclosure and responding appropriately. The post holder will work with female and male survivors and with other agencies and will monitor the care pathway. This service will be located away from The Dash Charity’s main refuge houses and cover clients residing in the Slough area. Job share applicants welcome. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants with some fluency in a local community language other than English.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Slough, Berkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
