Groundsperson

Horizon Holiday Parks is a family run business and we are looking for a Grounds man for a small and picturesque caravan park in Northumberland.

The Grounds man job will be to look after the grounds, the buildings, and our customers. This is a hands on position and your duties will include grass cutting, hedge cutting, strimming, gardening, park and grounds development, general maintenance and repairs, security, cleaning & litter collection, caravan siting, basic plumbing and electrics, gas bottle deliveries, and caravan drain downs.

This is a physical role, requiring someone who is happy to work outdoors in all weather, able to maintain and operate machinery, climb a ladder to fix a leaky roof, and crawl under a caravan to connect up the plumbing.

The role is offered as a permanent full time position, with the availability to be fully flexible over 7 days. Accommodation can be provided upon request. Payment to be discussed at interview.

Previous caravan park experience and knowledge of static caravans and lodges is preferred. We will also consider applicants from a groundskeeping, gardening, maintenance, building or farming background. You must have a valid UK driving license.
