**Job Title: Delivery Driver**
**Location: Cheltenham**
**Salary: £24,000 per annum**
**Role: Permanent - MONDAY - FRIDAY**

You will be the link between the brand and the community, the face of the business. We are looking for people who want the opportunity to give back to their local community through exceeding customer service standards, with a willingness to go above and beyond and become an extension of the community.

**THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Building rapport and lasting relationships with your customers so they become regulars and place orders for you to deliver on a frequent basis
- Carry out weekly deliveries to your customers so you become the friendly face of the business and can talk to them about new products and other daily essentials they can order for future deliveries
- Look for new opportunities to gain more orders in your community either from referrals from existing customers or by arranging visits at suitable locations like sheltered housing developments or community groups where you can demonstrate the products and gain new customers

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers and build great rapport
- Good organisation skills with the ability to plan your day effectively
- Keen to increase the sales across your existing and new customers within your local community
- Able to use simple technology in the form of a tablet to be able to complete orders and show customers new products online
- Must be a driver with own vehicle and also happy to drive a small company van on delivery days
- Hold a full UK driving license and have 3 years driving experience and no more than 3 penalty points
