**What will the role look like?**
- Responsible for operational standards in the continuous improvement Area
- Responsible for reduction of planned downtime and increase line speed through data analyses and systematic CI work
- Responsible to enable and coach operators and technical operators in operational standards
- Contribute to a healthy, inclusive and safe work environment and role model our character mindset
- Ensure awareness and compliance to quality and food safety requirements within LCO Area

problem solving and improvement tools
- Owns, analyses and tracks asset performance data incl. data quality and completeness
- Owns plan for improvement of OEE for line(s)
- Ensures that the Continuous Improvement Areas improvement activities are quantified and reflected in OneCI
- Owns operational standards and corresponding competence development in the Line Team
- Defines, process confirms and improves operational standards including OAC
- Trains & coaches Line Team to ensure performance according to operational standards and secure right

use of IT systems
- Optimizes existing processes by regularly conducting Kaizen workshops, relevant analyses and process

confirmations
- Coordinate & support implementation of new digital tools, products & ways of working and secure onboarding of Line Teams
- Initiates and drives Continuous Improvement initiatives in collaboration with Line Team
- Role models by actively using data and deploying lean and APS tools in a structured way

**What you’ll need in order to be successful in the role**
- Knowledge of LEAN principles and data management
- Excellent IT skills with programs such as Excel. Working knowledge of SAP would be preferred but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Our Oswestry site is a best in class cheese packaging facility that cover 8 acres of land and package 350 different types of products.
- We send cheese out to Europe, North America, Africa & Asia
- Supplying branded products like Castello, BOB and Arla Pro, along with private label to Waitrose, M&S, Asda & Aldi
- If we lined up, side-by-side, all the 20kg blocks of cheese our Oswestry site process each year, we could plot the entire UK coastline
- We #feedthenation, producing and delivering 99.8% of our customer orders on time.
