**Overview**

As one of the Deli team, you’ll ensure the smooth running of our deli, selling and prepping a wide range of in -house prepared produce and specially selected high-end charcuterie and cheese, organic dairy, store cupboard staples, freshly baked bread & drinks. With a passion for customer service and good food, you'll have the chance to share your knowledge and enthusiasm with colleagues and customers alike. **Responsibilities**
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers by offering exemplary customer service and building your knowledge of our products
- Manage all aspects of the health and safety and food hygiene (HACCP), ensuring the deli is kept to the highest standards and that food safety checks are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure all food storage areas and displays are clean, tidy and showcasing our products in the best possible way
- Work with current local and nominated suppliers and identify any new potential suppliers
- Assist the management team with the introduction of potential new products and recipes with a focus on seasonal changes
