Job role: CNC Production Setter Operator

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire

Hours: 8:45pm - 7:00am Monday - Thursday (4 day week)

**Job Type**: Full time, permanent

Interaction are actively supporting a nationally recognised market leader seeking skilled CNC Setter Operator to join their innovation centre. This opportunity will give you the chance to work on extremely innovative products that will service the motorsport, aerospace, power generation & automotive industry. Working on a brand new site with new exciting projects on a full time permanent basis.

The role:

- Set and operate an array of Mazak CNC machinery with the use of Mazatrol Smooth programming/controls
- Working to tolerance as little as 0.001 on materials such as Aluminium, Mild/Stainless Steel & Cast Iron.

The use of measurement gauges to ensure tolerances are in line with specification

Set, Operate and Load machinery

Work alone and as part of a team

Participate in training & development when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a CNC Setter Operator - previous experience on Mazak would be an advantage but not essential

A good understanding of working to tight tolerances

Eagerness to learn, develop & grow alongside a rewarding organisation

Willing to support the team in other areas of the business when needed.

Previous experience in 3,4 or 5 axis machining - essential

Ability to work alone and in a team.
