**COMMERCIAL/CORPORATE SOLICITOR**
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial/Corporate Solicitor to join this well respected and established firm in Cheshire.

**Role Overview**
Ideally you will have more than three years experience in corporate and/or commercial work that would cover all areas of work including acquisition & disposals, shareholder issues, commercial contracts, corporate finance, e-commerce & date protection.

This team look after a mix of corporate and commercial clients both locally and nationally. You can expect a variety of work with a friendly team offering flexible working and as well as excellent opportunities for progression. This is unlike any other opportunityon offer within private practice in the Cheshire market.
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience working in a corporate/commercial department
- Strong desire to work in corporate and commercial disciplines
- Ability to foster and maintain excellent business relationships.
