My client is a worldwide Motion Plastics® expert for plastic solutions in motion. Since my client was first established, they have grown from 40 to more than 2950 employees distributed between the head office in Germany and 35 subsidiary companies aroundthe world. They also have representative partners in more than 80 other countries

This role involves processing customers’ orders from receipt to the factory, so you will be working closely with various departments throughout the business such as Finance, AX and Internal Sales to ensure customers’ orders are dispatched whilst adheringto company processes. This is a varied role with great responsibility and cross-function communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of orders from start to finish daily
- Providing cover on raising picking lists by department and ensuring that all the required documentation is present when required
- Dealing with partial shipments from Germany by liaising with other functions to see if an early part shipment would benefit the customer
- Raising Pro-forma orders once they are paid
- Daily matching of dispatched picking lists and confirmations of orders
- Managing commercial invoices and shipments. Ensuring all information is present

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent organisational skills to manage the workload and be able to prioritise tasks within the role
- A confident communicator as you will be liaising with most departments within the business and with customers to arrange collections
- Good IT skills as you will be using different platforms within the role
- Attention to detail must be very accurate as this role cross checks various processes within the order and dispatch function
