**MacGregor Black**is currently partnering with a **Consumer Goods business ,** on the search for **HR Manager.**This is a permanent role based in**Aberdeen.**

As the**HR Advisor, you will**assist the HR Manager in the provision of a range of HR advice, support and information to line managers and employees, ensuring the delivery of HR KPIs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- In conjunction with the HR Manager, act as HR point of contact for employee queries relating to HR polices and process.
- Ensure all queries are logged onto key HR systems enabling activity tracking and continuity.
- Respond to all queries in accordance with time and quality KPI’s.
- Act as liaison with the HR Manager and with the management team to establish explicit ownership and continuity for site HR issues
- Act as HR escalation point for line management HR queries including:

- Education and facilitation of line managers on matters of disciplinary, capability and grievance (DCG) issues.
- Case management of 'absence’ cases; engagement with the HR manager, line management and occupational health to facilitate employees’ return to work.
- Promotion of compliance with key business standards: including Equal opportunities, Health & Safety, Food Safety
- Ensure all personnel data (manual and computerized) is accurate, complete and up to date
- Creation, maintenance and efficient filing of all employment, training and benefit correspondence
- Ensure that all new and existing recruits receive prompt and compliant documentation detailing any changes to their employment status
- Assist in the management of key HR administrative processes such as absence, recruitment and eligibility, exit management. Review processes to seek continuous improvement to YSL standards and practices
- Deliver generic training material (e.g. onboarding/induction, etc) so that key procedures, rules and entitlements are clear.
- Maintain accurate training records for all personnel
- Recruitment Contribute to site recruitment/selection processes Work with the HR manager and line managers to co-ordinate the on-boarding of new-hires to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

**What are we looking for?**
- 'A’ level calibre
- CPP/CIPD qualification or a working knowledge of employment law issues including disciplinary / capability / grievance procedures
- 2 years + HR or administrative experience
- Evident confidence in presentation and communication skills
- A working understanding of Microsoft Office
- Evidenced of interest in at least one functional area of HR
- A personal commitment to role model the company’s values through example
