**Primary Purpose**:
The Market place Planner is responsible for planning inventory flow, analyzing sales data and ensuring inventory optimization for the Coach Marketplace channel. The role will develop a strategic product and inventory plan aligned to global strategy as well as monitoring stock optimization in region in partnership with buying. The planner will play an integral part in delivering sales and margin targets as well as working cross functionally to optimize cross channel inventory opportunities.

**The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Demand Planning to...**
- Own and maintain inventory reporting including monthly statistics on sales, inbound production deliveries, stock holding, out of stock prevention and reorder analysis. Ensure optimal inventory levels are held to maximize sales and minimize inventory liability risk.
- Publish the detailed Coach Europe Market place unit level OTB plan based on top-down guidance, partnering with Buying to drive category opportunities. This includes sales, gross margin, shipment, inventory turn and WOH targets at dept / class level,
- Support the maintenance and monthly OTB review across Retail and Outlet channels (MFP level)
- Maintain and develop Market place seasonal Open to Buy (OTB) in conjunction with buying team to support both Retail and Outlet channels by using key metrics such as sales, gross margin, inventory turn, and W-O-H targets at dept/class level across each quarter.
- Collaborate with the Market place team, during market to ensure assortment and investments support OTB
- Hindsight reporting and strategy presentation to regional buying team to support range planning
- Own the seasonal offline buy inclusive of forecast maintenance and partner with buying team to populate planning tool (RPAS) SKU level sales and receipt plans during buy cycle
- Partner closely with cross functional teams (finance, sales, buying and account services) to ensure inventory investments are aligned to global strategy and needs are met. Be able to identify risk and clearly communicate actions to mitigate and react according to a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Partner with Customer Service and allocation team to facilitate Stock Transfer Orders (STO) to ensure smooth outbound delivery to end customer and stock optimization
- Lead weekly / monthly trade and inventory meetings with in region Market place team to optimize sales and stock position.
- Identify appropriate inventory levels and manage buffer stock levels at SKU level across marketplaces within the integrator platform.
- Share visibility and propose action plans for all Market place inventory with monthly management to line manager / Buying teams and Wholesale partners
- Build relationships, interact and collaborate with sales, operations, finance, buying, inventory management, and logistic partners.

- 3+ years’ in Demand Planning / Supply Chain role, experience in retail, B2B, franchise or wholesale business models
- Highly Analytical with an eye for detail and ability to translate data into action points
- Analytical skills and ability to translate data into action points
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and perform well under pressure and multiple deadlines
- Experience in planning systems and SAP & Microstrategy a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excel skills (pivots, vlookups, ifs / sumifs)

- 5+ years’ in Demand Planning / Supply Chain role, experience in retail and specifically Marketplace in the premium to luxury segment
- Highly analytical with an eye for detail and ability to translate data into action points
- Comfortable in presenting and communicating to upper management
- Self-starter and able to work independently and as a team player
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (macro building a plus)
- BA/BS university degree or its equivalent in business, finance, economics, supply chain
