CNC Turner

First Achieve's Engineering Division are currently looking for an experienced time-served or semi-skilled CNC Turner, to join our client who is an innovative company, manufacturing critical precision components in exacting quality standards for the aerospaceindustry.

Standard Hours are paid in the region of £14-£18 per hour (to be discussed).

Ove Time is paid at Time & a half & Double Time.

Monday - Friday (dayshift), with 4-day and 5-day flexible working patterns available too.

There are also opportunities for nightshift working, on a rotational basis.

**Role Description**

As a CNC Turner, you will be tasked with producing right first-time components, from customer's drawings, to required cycle times. Maintaining a cost-effective standard of production and improve production/manufacturing methods.

Our successful applicant will also have to liaise effectively with other members of the department and company as well as comply with Company's Health & Safety and Environmental requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Have a recognised apprenticeship in an engineering discipline or extensive experience as a Turner within engineering.
- Experience of using Fanuc controls on various machines, including vertical borers, lathes, mill turns and 5 axis lathes.
- Be able to communicate at all levels of the business.
