They will need to hold a full UK driving license and we would need to know how many points they have on their license.

essentially they are in charge of going round the retail stores we work with and providing support and training.

The hours are 35 hours a week. Salary is £25k and a company car will be provided.

Main Duties - Achievement of pre-agreed customer training targets ? Build and maintain strong retailer/store relationships by consistently delivering excellent field-based training and support to customer store staff, as defined by National Development Manager& National Strategic Account Manager. - Ensuring compliance and good customer outcomes ? Conduct required compliance checks and audits during retailer site visits, including ensuring correct POS materials are available and are being distributed to the enduser. ? Use the company’s training materials to deliver & promote consistent regulatory compliance at all stores ? Regularly observe and monitor store sales practices to ensure adherence to required standards - E-Learning Delivery ? Manage the enrolment andsuccessful completion of the E-Learning program to all retail accounts and staff within the territory. - Additional Responsibilities ? Document and report training activity ? Attend and contribute to sales meetings as required ? Ensure the good merchandisingpresentation of products and materials within stores. ? Support the wider Sales Team to seek opportunities to further develop existing accounts and share local territory intel to support new business growth. ? Undertake any additional tasks that support thedelivery of the agreed retailer Relationship Management Plan
