**Senior PMO Analyst**

**Responsibilities**
- PMO governance of a large Programme including but not exclusively financial control, reporting, change control, planning, benefits management, RAIDs management
- Fortnightly change forums maintaining and developing the Central Project List and Central Resource Capacity Model and analysing the documentation
- Work with business functions to identify and build out resource availability
- Championing adherence to standards e.g. standard business change management life-cycle
- Support internal audit and external assurance reviews - as required - providing required artefacts and liaise with relevant parties
- Assist in the implementation of a governance process for the structuring, development, review, approval and filing of key Programme/Projects deliverables ensuring good quality and best practice is embedded throughout
- Produce relevant and insightful MI on Programme performance and trends (e.g finances, earned value, etc) that can be used operationally as well as at Steerco level
- Manage the formalisation of professional Project Plans producing highly structured and well organised work breakdown plans; validate resource allocation, critical path, etc.
- Investigate and introduce collaboration tools as required to support the flow of information and cooperation across Projects
- Management of Steering Co and other board packs, creating effective and professional presentations
- Manage finances according to the specific tool and standards
- PO requests and invoice approvals, liaising with procurement, finance and compliance as required

**Key Skills Required**

- Ability to operate make judgement calls with little supervision
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proactive vs reactive attitude, being able to anticipate Programme wide risks and help in addressing them
