We are excited to offer you an opportunity to join our team as a Field Technician Assistant at our depot in Lowestoft.

As a member of our friendly and energetic team we are looking for an engaging personality to build rapport with customers, providing them with the best possible experience. You would be someone who shares our company values of Honesty, Respectfulness, Loyalty and Accountability.

**What does the role include?**
- Offering great service to our customers so that they feel valued and assured in the decisions they make and the service we provide
- Personal development, learning new skills and product knowledge.
- Helping to deliver and install domestic electrical products. This means lifting and carrying is an integral part of the role.
- Promoting a safe and friendly working environment.
- Assisting the depot with daily workloads, to meet personal and team targets.

**What Skills and Experience is required?**

- Listening and talking with customers so that you make sure their needs have been met when you leave their home, and they will want to recommend us to friends and family.
