**Job Brief**

We are looking for a PPC expert to join our ever-expanding team in Leatherhead, Surrey. This individual must have some good experience in Google Advertising, landing page optimisation, a proven track record of getting profitable results, can report on Looker Studio and be someone who lives and breathes Google Advertising.

**Required Expertise & Experience**
- 2+ years of direct experience in managing PPC advertising on all Google Ads networks. Other channels of note include: Facebook, LinkedIn and platforms like AdRoll
- professional in providing an end to end PPC management service, from outlining an approach to launch, delivery and demonstrating results.
- Experienced in managing client relationships and other client team members
- Experience in working with internal teams, towards growth and developing effective processes
- A deep understanding of Google Ads, specifically in how to gain positive ROI and scaling up the spend / results of the account
- An advanced understanding of Analytics and standard marketing metrics / tracking methods
- Highly experienced in spreadsheets, managing multiple PPC accounts and basic automation of campaign management
- Google Ads qualifications are not required, but will be taken into consideration
- A good understanding of how websites work on a variety of platforms
- Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally
- Previous agency / consultancy experience is preferred
- Exercise resilience and remain steadfast on bads days, setting a key example of strong leadership and resilience to colleagues

**Day to Day Responsibilities**
- Managing PPC campaigns on various platforms for our clients and to a high standard
- Recommending new ideas, landing pages, advertising tactics and clearly communication these to clients
- When required: preparing & delivering proposals with the wider team to potential clients
- Creating and delivering regular performance reports to our clients
- Updating spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and other information
- Communicating directly with clients and building trusting relationships
- Conducting yourself with integrity and on an interpersonal level, building trust and respect from clients & colleagues
- Conducting yourself with openness and motivation in all aspects of the role
- Providing insight at every opportunity on how clients or our own business can improve its processes both in terms of efficiency and commercially
- Adhere to deadlines, communicating clearly when & why deadlines sometimes need to change

**Daily Activities**
- Be present in the office, or when working from home, between the hours of 8.30am and 5.15pm, Monday to Friday (hours and locations vary during pandemics or when required)
- We have a 3 days in, 2 days at home policy. This will synchronise with your team so that communication within the team is kept strong
- Conduct yourself in a professional, yet friendly, manner
- Keep a clean and tidy working environment
- Travel to meetings and events in the UK and internationally when required
- Lead & contribute in internal meetings
- Organise your own diary, assisting colleagues with theirs and adapting both when required
- Manage client budgets without over or under spending
- Make a good coffee for your colleagues
- Building up colleagues with positivity and being aware when people need it

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£37,500.00 per year
