Halliwell Jones Chester is looking for a Bodyshop Advisor/Trainee Estimator.

**Your role**

The position is located at our Chester Centre which is a fantastic facility consisting of an impressive, recently modernised Aftersales Centre and Bodyshop and BMW and MINI Sales. Your responsibilities:

- To carry out accurate and branded estimates in a professional manner and adhere to strict time guidelines.
- Invoicing and allocation of work to ensure the department meets profit and turnover targets.
- To deal with incoming insurance notifications in a timely manner.
- To compile estimates using customer-supplied images.
- To carry out cost-effective appraisals on Approved Used cars.
- To identify and upsell additional damage to customers’ vehicles already in for repair.
- To identify and upsell additional work to include tyres and wheel alignments.
- To generate repair Guarantees for repairs completed.
- To follow up Estimates generated and book in repairs.
- To inspect and diagnose and submit potential Warranty claims.
- To accurately invoice repairs to insurers in a timely manner.
- To hand over completed repairs to our customers and advise on the repairs carried out.

- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team-orientated personality
- Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
