**Here at Mayborn Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Global E-Comm Channel Executive to join the team and help shape and deliver the digital growth agenda within a dynamic Global organisation.**

Working within the global ecommerce and marketing team, the role will focus on working closely with the regional commercial and marketing teams to ensure a complete 360-degree approach to digital brand activations across all platforms to maximise our ROI and consumer impact.

**What you will be doing**:

- Support in assessment and recommendations using Edge/Salsify/CIQ digital shelf performance data.
- Support regional teams in transfer of learnings into etail customer plans.
- Ensure adherence/compliance with regional teams to the TT internal digital shelf optimisation model.
- Work with the regional account teams to support build & activation against key promotional periods, online Events, New Product Launches and category initiatives.
- Employ data and insight to identify opportunities to grow the TT brand and baby category with key retail partners online, including product, supply-chain and mission-based marketing initiatives.
- Utilise learnings and best practice to support the growth of online sales in e-tail customers, working with category, regional digital shelf managers and regional commercial teams to create added value for our established strategic partners.
- Promote channel-thinking within the Mayborn business planning process whilst also developing and activating a programme to inspire and enable the regional teams on eCommerce fundamentals, insights and innovations.
- Support in the onboarding and training of new starters in relation to ecomm specific systems/tools/processes.
- Support in the ongoing optimisation of TT ecomm specific guidelines and playbooks and support in the delivery of embedding/training alongside HR colleagues.

**What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job**:

- Your track record reflects solid experience within the ecommerce channel, with a preferred 2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment.
- You have strong business acumen and exceptional drive, and you are willing to go the extra mile to deliver results. You are adept at developing strategic etail relationships with customers, translating into growth-driving digital commerce strategies.
- Your strong analytical abilities enable you to interpret and commercialize category and shopper insights, and are able to demonstrate delivery of initiatives that have resulted in brand and/or category growth.
- You must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with the skills to collaborate and lead within a matrix team. Among colleagues you are characterised as a great communicator, decision-maker with personal impact and a good deal of resilience, and excellent planning and organising skills.
