**Internal Recruitment Advisor - Chandlers Ford
- £28,000-£30,000 + annual bonus - Hybrid role working from home 2 days a week - full time hours**

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with internal or agency recruitment experience to join a hugely successful and growing business in the Chandlers Ford area. As the Internal Recruitment Advisor, you will be supporting the HR team and providing administration and resourcing support for all of the company sites across the UK.

This role can be demanding as it's very fast paced, but also very rewarding as you will become the "go to" person for support. The client is looking for someone positive and resilient who enjoys the challenge of recruiting as this is a crucial role to ensure the businesses success.

**Internal Recruitment Advisor duties include**:

- Working collaboratively with all members of the Recruitment Team, efficiently utilising the ATS system to effectively manage all recruitment
- Review Job Descriptions and schedule qualifying calls/meetings with hiring managers to capture responsibilities, skills and competencies required for the role
- Screen applicants against job descriptions ensuring all essential competency requirements are present
- Provide Hiring Managers with Interview Questions and Templates appropriate for the role
- Ensure all legal documentation regarding Right to Work are checked and saved along with the process for obtaining references is followed

**Experience and skills**
- Proven history within a recruitment role, or an HR environment where recruitment was part of your role
- Strong, confident, professional communication skills
- Good time management skills, able to manage changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A can-do resilient mind set and positive outlook
