Fibre Supervisor

Since the beginning of the 2023 OCU have moved into an exciting new phase which means we are always looking for the very best talent to join our teams. Due to our continued growth, we have a new opportunity for an experienced Fibre Supervisor. As Fibre Supervisor you will report to the directly to management and will be responsible for overseeing a number of fibre engineers involved in the network build involving blown fibre, cabling and splicing on both underground and overhead works to provide FTTP across projects in Reading.

**Resonsibilities**
- You will carry out audits to make sure health and safety and quality are at the forefront of focus
- Manage KPIs across the teams to drive delivery across the build Requirements
- Carry out any other duties appropriate for the role.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experienced fibre supervisor with good knowledge of the fibre build - Flex & Civils
- Excellent knowledge of PIA Network Build
- Previous experience working with multiple gangs of fibre engineers across multiple disciplines
- Full manual driving license
- Good time management, organisation skills and able to work to deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a Utilities/Construction environment desirable
