**Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30**

**Salary: £25,000 **(depending on experience)

Are you enthusiastic, organised and tech savvy with a keen eye for detail? We have an opportunity available for you to become our next Vehicle Progressor at Sheffield Ford.

You will assist our busy sales department by organising vehicles on site, collecting and delivering vehicles and, ensuring both the site and vehicles are maintained to a high standard. Here at Sheffield you will work alongside our dedicated sales team consisting of Sales Executives, Business Manager & Sales Managers in order to ensure an efficient Sales process. Your role will be crucial to the success of our dealership

**Responsibilities**:

- Organising vehicles on site to make them presentable and ready on time for our Retail customers.
- Checking in and inspecting New and Used Vehicles from the Manufacturer and supplying partners.
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure that prepped cars are logged and ready for sale.
- Communicating effectively and positively daily with all departments in the dealership and Group, including Service, Sales, and Admin to provide updates and ensure delivery timescales are met.
- Vehicle site and storage management.

Qualifications:
Ideally, you will have prior demonstrable experience in a similar fast paced premium environment. However, this is not essential as we are always on the look-out for fresh, new talent You will be an excellent communicator and feel comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business.

We are looking for a highly organised individual who pays attention to the finer details. You will have sufficient IT skills and a solid understanding of the basics of social media for business purposes. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
