**This Role**

We are currently seeking to employ a Yard Supervisor at our new St Andrews site.

The key performance areas of this role will involve;
- Manage the picking of orders for customers/delivery
- Ensure the yard team provide highest standard of customer service
- Effectively lead, manage and motivate yard team.
- Accurately and efficiently manage all goods in deliveries
- Safely and efficiently manage the stock within yard areas

Previous experience in a similar industry or manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
- Flexibility - the ability to adapt, change, prioritise and still deliver on the things that matter most is crucial.
- Tact, discretion, and good judgment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Skilled at providing pragmatic and commercial advice.
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills.
- Proactive and able to use own initiative.
- A strong desire to learn and develop
- Team player - collaborative and supportive of colleagues.
- Clean driving licence.

Hours for the role are:
7.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Thursday

7.30am - 4.00pm Friday

8.00am - 12.00pm Saturday on a rota basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
