We are at the forefront of PRODUCT INNOVATION, supplying Sustainable Consumables & Machines into Print and Packaging industries, we export our products worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Team As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.
As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with the professional, but friendly approach
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our products and services
- Responsible for identifying new clients / sales opportunities
- Learn details about our product and service offerings
- Address any questions or issues customers may have
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Proactively build relationships with key customers
- Work closely with departments to develop new and existing products in a pro-active and collaborative manner.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement both personally and professionally
- Sales support for Sales Director, and other Senior Managers
- Keep an updated customer database
- To achieve measured KPIs
- Always strive towards meeting sales quota
- Track and document calls and sales
- Update client records
- Prepare and present achievements and KIPs
**Experience**:
- 2 years of experience as Telesales Representative or similar customer service or sales role
- Proven record of met quota
- Hands on experience with sales tools such as CRM software
- Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
- Patient and friendly personality
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good negotiation skills
This is a permanent opportunity, and the company can offer career opportunities. The package includes basic salary plus potential overtime as required, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, contributory pension, and on-site parking.
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
