**Job Title: Runner**

**Contract**: Full Time

**Salary**:

**The Position:

- **We are looking for a Runner for our restaurant.

**YOUR MISSIONS**:

- Ensure the installation and check the cleanliness of your rank
- Listen to customer and respond to their requests
- Assist the Head waiter in the follow up of the service and the execution of his work
- Pay attention to the instructions given by the manager in order to ensure quality service

- Have the ability to adapt and versatility
- Adapt to the diversity of the customers;

- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated, committed and passionate about F&B
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality

**Technical and functional capabilities**:

- Know the general organization of a restaurant
- Respect the different steps of a service
- Anticipate any dysfunctions and rhythm changes.
- Be creative and be responsive to the unexpected
- Work independently and self-monitor your work
- Punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Follows all hygiene requirements ISO, monitors cleanliness in his work area and ensures cleaning of those areas as per standards

**Educational and experience requirements**
- Previous experience in a similar job role for 1 year or worked in in similar position
- Languages : English, French (Italian, german or spanish : optionnal)
- Have a valid work permit visa
