You will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation's successful performance by leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team of Generalist Advisers to deliver high-quality advice.

**Hours**:Full time, Monday - Friday

**Salary**:£33,150 - £35,700 per annum, depending on experience

**Holidays**: 30 days annual leave per annum, plus Bank Holidays

You will report performance information to the senior management team, identifying areas for improvement and detailing your proposed solution
