**So what is the Land Rights Coordinator?**

This role is key in providing client support in the successful delivery of easement requirements for each project. You will be involved the tracking and reporting of projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining internal records to help eSmart continually deliver our high service to clients. This includes:

- Self-manage multiple projects leading to successful delivery for clients.
- Advising internal teams of legal requirements.
- Offer largely un-guided support (once trained) to clients, and internal teams.
