Our business is located in Marlow to service our customers in London and across the South of England, the Midlands as well as Manchester and surrounding areas. We also have an online shop supplying customers nationally.

We are growing quickly and have built a reputation for professionalism, quality and fantastic customer service.

**Full Job Description**

We are looking for a self-motivated, conscientious individual, who can work well in a team environment, but must also have the ability to generate sales independently. Spending much of your day prospecting and making outbound calls to secure new sales and increase and develop sales in our existing customer base, this is a great role for someone who has experience in lead generation and telesales, enjoys success and is interested in developing their career.

You will have a passion for generating sales results, a proven telesales track record and exceptional customer service skills.

**Main duties will include**
- Focused and structured telesales
- Increasing sales opportunities of existing customers using our bespoke sales history software
- Marketing and promotion of new and stock-to-go lines
- Assisting our Sales Director in maintaining a forecast of the relevant opportunities
- Attaining monthly targets with new business
- Identifying and capturing new sales opportunities, working with our Sales Director where appropriate
- Customer visits with Sales Director on occasion.
- Helping to exceed branch sales, margins and gross profit
- Calling existing and prospective customers
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Follow-up all sample requests to maximise sales
- Assisting in producing flyers and literature to assist sales
- To cover sales processing during staff holidays/absence

**Experience**

This is a defined role within a small team. It would suit someone with proven telesales experience and the ability to pick up new skills quickly, the following attributes would be necessary:

- Customer service driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal qualities
- Strong organisational skillsand attention to detail
- Pro-active, committed and hard working**Schedule**
- 40 hour 5 day week
- 20 days holiday plus days during Christmas closure period
