Bar Person

We are looking for a Bar Person / Front of House Supervisor to work as part of our small friendly team at The Bailey Ground Hotel, Seascale

**Job Role**

Primarily the role will consist of working 3 nights per week - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday from 5pm to close and covering shifts when needed, however you will be required to some weekends as and when required.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the bar, serving customers, taking food & beverage orders and overseeing the smooth running of our restaurant. You will also be required to use our reservations system to take bookings & room payments. You will be the main point of contact for guests checking in and any queries they may have.

**Our Expectations**
- Must have experience of working on a bar and have good knowledge of cellar management
- Must be polite, friendly, approachable & outgoing
- Must be confident to work alone and as well as a team
- Must have a polite & confident telephone manner
- Be confident in the use of computers
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be of a smart appearance
- Driving License (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
