**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We have the exciting opportunity to join our bright and friendly Warehouse Operations team as Customer Fulfilment Team Leader.

You will make an impact by supporting the smooth running of the Warehouse Operation through effectively running your team to meet operational targets, whilst keeping the customer at the heart of your team’s approach to tasks. You will use your prioritisation, delegation, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure day to day requirements are being met on time and to schedule, taking responsibility to ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation are delivered to our customers.

This position would be well suited to somebody who has previous warehouse experience, excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and a flexible approach to work. You will have the opportunity to work dynamically between various departments within the operation including Customer Fulfilment (Picking and Packing), Stock Management, Quality Control, House Accounts (VIP), Customer Returns and Dispatch.

You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury 5 days a week We are currently operating on a ‘any 5 in 7’ contract, this essentially means that you could be occasionally required to work a shift on any day of the week, this will include occasional weekend days during peak times of the year with one weeks’ notice. Our standard shift pattern is 5 days a week, 6am - 2pm and 10am - 6pm, this stretches to 10pm during peak periods. Rotational availability is a must.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**
- Leading by example, championing company policies and processes
- Supporting team members in learning new processes and resolve minor issues, escalating where necessary to the Customer Fulfilment Supervisor
- Ensuring that the goals for your area are managed appropriately and processes adhered to by you and your team
- Focusing on delivering for our customers, in relation to accuracy, presentation and quality.
- Ensuring health and safety policy and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Ensuring a smooth and open line of communication exists regarding delays or issues and these are resolved in good time
- Ensuring all equipment is left neatly and safely at the end of each shift
- Carrying out health and safety checks on your area and report any issues to the Health and Safety team
- Ensuring a complete handover is done for the next shift
- Ensuring all keys are given to either the Shift Supervisor at the end of the evening shift
- Supporting with HR processes for your team
