We are a family run business based in Ayr, established in 2000. We carry out various works - property maintenance, environmental and adaptation works for various housing associations, councils and social work.
We are seeking an Administrator who will play a pivotal role in co-ordinating and scheduling all works to be carried out.
**Duties will include**
- Logging new job lines / works orders
- Contacting clients to arrange appointments
- Updating calendar
- Co-ordinating materials required for works
- Monitoring KPI's
- Any other administration duties as and when required to assist Office Manager
**Skills/ Experience**
- Previous experience working within a construction industry / property maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft software
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Organisational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
