Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a temporary opportunity? We're seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team and cover maternity leave for a minimum of 6 months.

Position: Temporary Receptionist
Duration: Minimum 6 months (Maternity Leave Cover)
Location: Trepassey Residential Home
Start Date: 22nd July 2024
Hours: 9am - 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering, directing phone calls and taking messages in a professional manner.
Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries efficiently.
Welcoming and showing visitors into the home, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.
Basic administration duties including printing and filing.

**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational abilities.
A positive attitude and friendly personality.
Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.

Application Deadline: 5th July 2024 / Interviews to be held w/c 15th July.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £11.64 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
