The permanentrole: This is an administrative assistant position, working closely with the Practice Manager, Office Manager & Receptionist. We would really love to recruit a person who wants to continue and grow with their next company as there is lots ofroom for development.

The general duties of the role are:

- Onboarding of new clients
- Liaising with regulatory bodies
- Liaising with clients/suppliers
- Self Assessment HMRC registrations
- Client correspondence
- Company formations
- Company dissolution
- Typing
- Assisting accountants/Partners as necessary,
- Database maintenance
- Mailshots to clients and contacts
- Reception - assisting receptionist as and when necessary: reception cover, scanning, booking meetings, refreshments, etc
- Ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise
