Hunter Masons client has a great opportunity for an a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join a well established, growing family run business in Guildford.

The role: Full time, Permanent.

About the Company:
The company is based in the NHS sector, working on projects with the likes of St Peters & Kingston Hospital.

Essential:

- Relevant Quantity Surveying Qualifications
- 2-4 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Electrical Background in Quantity surveying

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documents for construction projects.
- Support in conducting cost analysis and providing accurate financial forecasts.
- Assist in tracking project budgets, monitoring expenses, and controlling costs.
- Collaborate with senior quantity surveyors to review and negotiate contracts.
- Aid in assessing and valuing work completed, managing payments, and maintaining records.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying.

**Salary**: 50-60K per annum

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
