**Echo Controller**

**Salary**: £29,544.16 per annum, plus Veolia benefits and pension

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

**Location**: Watermead Way, Tottenham, N17 0FJ

**What you'll be doing;**
- Monitor the progression of tasks to ensure they are completed on time to meet contract objectives.
- Support managers with Echo activity, providing training when required.
- Work closely with the Contact Centre team to maintain records in Echo for specific services.
- Manage resources for the afternoon shifts on Echo.
- Manage overtime crews, ensuring all tasks have been assigned and crews dispatched.
- Work with the Environmental Managers to ensure closure of all morning rounds on Echo.
- Assist with round scheduling and ensuring accurate data in Echo

Transport
- Ensure all overweight tonnage for vehicles are inputted into the system.
- Oversee the transport aspects such as Vision,Drivetech,Weight tickets upload ect.
- Oversee all resource management, dispatching and closure of rounds, monitor SLA’s and support the depot with other requirements as and when required.
- Assist in other transport related activities (Driver Training Etc)

**What we're looking for;**

Essential:

- Have an understanding of Operational KPIs and the importance of correct work practices aligned to them.
- Awareness of analytics and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
- IT literacy.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Haringey Borough.
- Experience in Waste Management Operations.
- Experience in Transport operations
