Cleaner/housekeeper

Red Kite is a boutique Airbnb management agency with a collection of homes full of personality and charm, that make great places to stay all across the Cotswolds. We are a small team that is growing quickly and therefore we are always on the lookout for exceptional housekeepers. We care deeply about what we do - providing outstanding service to all guests, housekeepers and owners.

We currently require a cleaner/housekeeper to manage all changeovers for a 1 bed holiday let in Tetbury.

A deep clean of all appliances (i.e. oven, fridge etc) is required at every changeover, and a full clean of the property, including floors, surfaces etc to ensure it is spotless for the next guests coming in.

We are looking for an experienced cleaner/housekeeper that has an eye for detail, takes pride in their work and goes that extra mile to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience when they stay with us. This will all be down to your hard work and hospitality.

We require linens to be laundered and ironed off site and brought back to the property for the next changeover. You will need your own transport and enough space to wash, dry and iron all bedding and towels etc.

At every changeover you will:

- Check stock levels for tea, coffee, cleaning products, shower gel etc and refill as necessary.
- Look out for, and raise, any maintenance issues or concerns with the friendly office team. We rely on you to bring to our attention anything broken, missing etc.

We anticipate having at least 1-2 changeovers per week, especially during the busy summer period, and you will need to be flexible to work on some Sundays when we have back to back bookings and a guest checking in on a Sunday.

This is a self-employed role with a competitive salary of £20 hour agreed as a fixed cost per changeover. It would ideally suit someone who is looking for well paid part time work.
