**This is a full-time entry level role into HR paying £22,500 based both from home and the office. We are currently based in Winsford but will be moving offices to Middlewich later in the year**

InHealth Intelligence (a part of the InHealth Group) is a leading software provider of information management solutions for health organisations in the UK. Our main areas of focus are providing fully managed Diabetic Eye Screening services and population-based data analysis to improve long-term conditions diagnosis and promote prevention that ultimately support patients.

**Key Duties**
- Helping management with any general HR queries
- Keeping records of new starters and processing for payroll
- Assist with payroll changes are administered before payroll cut off
- Be responsible for adding new starters and positions on the HR system
- Getting to know employees
- Monitoring open-ended absences
- Reporting new starters and iLearn records
- Arranging uniforms
- Arranging and attending meetings
- Compliance with Employment Law and other Regulatory rules and standards
- Assist employees with ensuring access to the online HR & training systems
- Managing the HR service desk and answering or assigning cases raised to the appropriate member of the HR team
- Running reports to ensure training compliance

**Salary**: £22,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
