**Position**: Personnel Logistics Administrator

**Location**: Portlethen Aberdeen

**Client**: Global Engineering Company (50,000 employees worldwide)
- As a Personnel Logistic Operator, you will be responsible for the logistics of operational personnel, communicating to assigned personnel, coordination of travel and assignments under the direction of the Personnel Coordinator. _
- **Key Skillsets**_
- _Ensure timely execution of orders, instructions, and directions from the personnel coordinator._
- _Work with Account Project Manager to plan and distribute workloads amongst the team as required by the business._
- _Ensure projects are experienced and skill balanced._
- _Record and communicate assignments._
- _Support Personnel Coordinator and Personnel Planner during busy periods_
- _Support HSE, Quality and Compliance culture through the UK_
- _Provide field employee performance feedback._
- _Check and approve timesheets._

**Job Type**: Temp to perm
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
