**Job Title**:Veterinary Receptionist
**Salary**: £11.56 per hour
**Location**: Calder Vets, Dewsbury
**Job Type**: Permanent, Part-time
**Hours**:25 hours per week to be discussed including 1 in 4 Saturdays.

**Your role and responsibilities**
The duties will involve, but are not limited to:
- Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
- Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
- Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
- Processing prescription requests.
- Taking payments.
- Promoting offers and services.
- Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.
**Personal Specification**
- Previous experience within the Veterinary Industry (Desirable)
- A driving license is required.
- Experience of working within a customer-facing/Reception role.
