**Who We Are**

**The Role**

As part of the SMR (_**Service, Maintenance, and Repair**_) team you will be supporting and maintaining data pipelines from supplier and customer systems into the internal SMR data warehouse you will be processing and engineering data into cleansed, structured models.

**What You’ll Do**

**Key Activities**:

- Researching vehicle data from any source necessary (web/manufacturers and dealers)
- Make and maintain good relationships with manufacturer and supplier contacts
- Create new data sets using parts price files
- Run updates to forecasting software
- Deliver data to strict deadlines
- Process OEM SMR data and link UK and Global vehicle descriptions to industry identification codes
- Coding and linking dealer job descriptions to internal job descriptions
- Process leasing company invoice files using internal software
- QA data checks and fixes
- Suggest root cause fixes where necessary
- Resolve SMR related helpdesk queries as necessary
- Support colleagues with automotive data projects

**Outcomes**
- Produce accurate published data to the motor industry
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure any errors are removed from the SMR databases

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
