**The Opportunity**

Finatal are partnered with a **Private Equity** backed **HealthTech**business achieving significant growth and gearing towards an exit. The business has won multiple awards during their scale up journey and are looking for an ambitious step up FP&A Manager to gear towards continued growth and the exit.

As the FP&A Manager, you will report into a seasoned Finance Director and play a key part in leading commercial finance; budgeting, forecasting and business partnering across the group with key senior stakeholders. You’ll be in a fast paced, high growthand innovative team, supporting the exit plans and will get hands on and direct exposure to the investment board itself with further M&A activity planned.

**The Role**

As the FP&A Manager, you will focus on:

- Supporting the experienced FD and wider senior executives
- Be a key player in driving the business through both organic and M&A growth
- Own the budget, forecasting and modelling processes and reporting
- Produce PE standard board packs and help identify growth projects
- Improve reporting, processes and support in system upgrades and implementation

**The Requirement**

Given the business growth strategy, this role demands an entrepreneurial and driven FP&A Manager to step into an everchanging and growing environment:

- An accountancy qualification, either **ACA, ACCA or CIMA**:

- Ambitious and development focused individual
- Experience in FP&A functions; modelling, forecasting, budgeting]
- Experience within a start up/Private Equity or Venture Capital backed business
- Someone that can run at the PEA pace, focusing only on excellent standards
- Be able to attend the office 2-3 days per week in London
