South Tyneside Council operates and manages four managed workspace facilities across the Borough, housing a range of small businesses and supporting them to flourish.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, professional and organised individual to join our Managed Workspace Team to provide assistance and support to potential, new and existing tenants.

Your role will be to provide a high level of customer service and proactively sell the managed workspace offer. You will facilitate the tenant move-in process including preparation of lease documentation.
