Counter Assistant

Are you experienced in Administration? Do you thrive in a busy working environment where accuracy is critical? In this role, you will provide counter assistant and administrative support whilst growing your knowledge and experience within a client-facing role. **Main Duties**:

- Answering queries on basic or associated tasks and seeking more detailed information for approval for release by more senior staff.
- Complete admin duties.
- Answering telephone calls.
- Dealing with clients or in-house staff without continual reference.
- Assisting senior staff develop or amend strategies or policies and practices.
- Dealing with the public face to face.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Beginner proficiency in IT/ Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in administrative duties is desirable.
- At least 4 GCSE’s to include Maths and English.

**Remuneration and Conditions of Assignment**:

- £10.98 per hour.
- Full-time, temporary-ongoing.
- 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
- Basic Access NI Required at a cost of £18.
