**About us**

MMT is a clinical services provider, working with 80 PCNS nationwide.

MMT are seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Network (PCN) Paramedic.

The PCN Paramedic will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care, assessment, and treatment to patients within our Primary Care Network. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to calls within the Primary Care Network, providing rapid assessment and necessary minor ailments treatments.
- Perform thorough patient assessments to determine the severity of medical conditions and injuries.

Utilize critical thinking and clinical judgment to make accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions under time-sensitive conditions.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient care records, documenting all assessments, interventions, and treatments provided.

Complete incident reports and other required documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are in good working condition and ready for use at all times.
- Adhere to infection control practices and proper equipment sterilization procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and emergency services personnel, to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of medical conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions.
- Stay current with the latest developments in medical care through ongoing training, certifications, and professional development opportunities.

Attend regular PCN team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of medical equipment and emergency medical protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, sound decisions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Registered with HPHC as a paramedic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £42,000.00-£51,000.00 per year
