**The Role**
- Coordination of all Recruitment Processes and supporting the managers in the interview and onboarding process
- Maintenance of accurate records in the HR Systems, Files and communications
- Supporting methods of maintaining & improving employee engagement
- Provide the support for all Employee Relation Issues
- Monthly reporting on Absence, Turnover and Headcount and ER discussions
- Ability to support the managers, coach, facilitate and influence outcomes that you don’t directly control
- Deal with other general employee and HR enquiries including training, performance, development, skills and job specifications.
- Assist in the process and management of time & attendance systems.

**The Person**
- Educated to a minimum of CIPD Level 5 or hold a minimum of 5 years experience of working within a HR role
- Good understand of all aspects of Employee Relations especially disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Good knowledge and understand of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office especially excel and experience in using other HR Systems
- Can demonstrate good communication skills with all stakeholders within a business
- Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Experience of managing conflict and achieving positive outcomes
- Assertive, self motivated and looking to add value into a HR Department

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
