**About the role**:
Our mission is to support the firm in delivering excellent customer services to ensure the needs and expectations of our Clients and consumers are satisfied. As an Assistant Accountant you will be working to support the Finance Director in delivering excellent internal support to ensure the needs and expectations of our Clients and consumers are satisfied.
- Reconciliation of bank statements
- Daily processing of the sales and purchase ledgers
- Processing and recording electronic payments in and out of the firm’s bank accounts
- Logging and banking incoming cheques, issuing cheques, petty cash and bank transfers, billing and cost transfers, and assisting with credit control
- Other ad hoc accounts duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the business
- Supply information as required by auditors
- Producing monthly reports

**Requirements**:
This position would ideally suit someone with previous finance experience. You will be self-motivated and confident with the ability to problem solve, work to strict deadlines and possess strong communications skills. In addition we are seeking:

- Accounts Assistant (1 years minimum)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, (required)
